About Me 

“Reshape What’s Possible.”

Sport has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I spent most of my childhood playing volleyball competitively, fascinated by everything the human body could achieve. In my early twenties, I became a certified personal trainer and fully immersed myself in the world of fitness.

But life had other plans too. In my early thirties, I was knocked down by a chronic illness — a humbling experience that changed the course of my journey. It was during this time that I discovered yoga and meditation, not just as tools for healing, but as powerful practices that could unlock strength and resilience from within.

As I rebuilt my body, I became frustrated with the traditional approach of separating strength, mobility, and recovery.

I didn’t want to choose one over the other — I wanted a way to train smarter, not harder. Slowly, through study, practice, and lived experience, I developed an integrated method that brings strength training, yoga, mobility, and breathwork together into one system. A method that transformed not only my fitness, but my life.

Today, I work with women who face the same challenges I once did: busy schedules, motherhood, injuries, age related changes, and the mental barriers that often tell us we are limited.
I’m here to show you that your body is capable of far more than you believe.
That you don’t need to work yourself into exhaustion to achieve real, lasting strength.
That by training the body intelligently — and respecting its design — you can build resilience, vitality, and freedom at any stage of life.

My mission is simple: to help you train smarter, move better, and unlock the limitless potential you already have within you.
